Chris Brown’s F.A.M.E Album Lands At #1
Final sales numbers for the week are in and Chris Brown’s “F.A.M.E” album will claim the top spot on Billboard this week with over 273k sold. F.A.M.E is his second highest selling album to date, following the release of Exclusive in 2007, which sold 295k in it’s first week. BET Host Shot and Killed in NYC
Dj Megatron a regular on the BET show "106th and Park" -- was shot and killed in Staten Island early Sunday morning.
Megatron real name is Corey McGriff, he was shot around 2am from far from his home. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
He previously worked for hip-hop radio stations in Boston and Philadelphia, and most notably at New York City's HOT 97 station.
He was 32.

Kentucky Advances To Final Four, Beats North Carolina 76-69
The Kentucky Wildcats have reached the Final Four, beating the second-seeded North Carolina Tar Heels 76-69.
The No. 4 seed from the East region dominated from the field, nailing 12 3-pointers and shooting 48.2 percent.
Kentucky knocked off the top seed Ohio Stat Buckeyes in the Sweet 16 to reach the Elite Eight.
Guard Brandon Knight led Kentucky with a team-high 22 points, including a clutch 3-pointer down the stretch.
The Wildcats will play UConn in the Final Four.

Lil Wayne Says He Has A Song That Will Make Other Rappers Quit
Lil Wayne‘s upcoming The Carter IV album is one of the most hyped up albums of the year, and in an upcoming issue of Rolling Stone, Weezy brings they hype levels up even more.
Weezy previewed a song called “Wayne’s World” for the magazine that the Young Money leader believes will change the game. “There’s a lot of rapping on this,” said Weezy. “I want other rappers to hear it and say, ‘I quit. I better start making club songs.’”
Rolling Stone describes “Wayne’s World” as “three machine-gunning minutes of adenoidal wordplay topped with a triumphant hook.”
The Carter IV is due out on May 16th.

Former FEMA supervisor indicted in Hurricane Katrina relief fraud case
A former FEMA supervisor and the owner of a disaster services company were indicted Friday by a federal grand jury on charges of conspiracy, wire fraud and witness tampering stemming from their participation in what the government contends was the illegal awarding of a contract worth up to $100 million to service and deactivate thousands of trailers in Plaquemines Parish in the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina.

Blevins also faces up to three years in prison on the witness-tampering charge.
Prosecutors also will attempt to recover $31 million paid to the disaster services company.
Blevins was an accounting property officer and contracting officer’s technical representative with the Federal Emergency Management Agency when he advised Dangler on how to successfully underbid for the contract in 2006, according to the indictment. During the time he was assisting Dangler’s company, he also was negotiating to work for it, the indictment said. More

There it is. The five amigos. I could be wrong, but it just feels like Stunna is worth more than $100M. I’m convinced he’s got another $100M more in cash in duffle bags somewhere just in case this rap sh*t ever flies south. Like Ice from Paid In Full said, “I can smell a motherfucker with money.” And that mothafucker has money. No one can convince me otherwise.
Then again, he also spends a lot of money on everything from tats to jewelry to foreign cars, so I guess when you combine the expenses and revenue, that’s about right. With Diddy being where he is and Jay bringing in the amount of cheese he does, I’ll always wonder how much Biggie would have been worth. Especially if his time with Bad Boy didn’t end like the Loon’s, Da Band’s or G-Dep’s of the world.

SNOOP OF THE WIRE ARRESTED IN DRUG RAID!
Felicia "Snoop" Pearson of the hit HBO show The Wire was one of 63 suspects arrested on Wednesday for federal and state conspiracy after police raided suspects out of homes and off the street. The arrest was a successful effort to end drugs and violence in Baltimore since opening the case in 2008.
Police say Snoop's involvement in the illegal activity was minimal, but are hoping her publicity would send a message to any other drug rings to watch their backs!
